"The first International Session of the Russell Tribunal on Palestine held in Barcelona on 1, 2 and 3 March 2010. The Tribunal constituted in Barcelona will aim to examine to what extent the EU and its Member States are complicit in the ongoing occupation of Palestinian territories and Israel's violations of Palestinian rights. A jury composed of outstanding individuals will sit for its conclusions.
